The following applies when purchasing items from www.jrbell.com.
Items purchased through a 3rd party (for example zazzle.com or
crossdaily.com) are subject to their own policies and the following
do not apply.

General

An accepted order mean that there is intent to deliver all purchased
items within 28 days. Notification will be given as soon as problems
arise. If necessary full refunds will be given on any payments
received for goods that for whatever reason cannot be delivered.
Note that typically items are shipped within a week of receiving
an order.

Payment
|
|
Payment can be made directly by sending a check or money order,
or through paypal when using a credit card. Note that full payment
is required before items are sent.

|
Shipping
|
|
All items are carefully packaged to minimize the chance of damage.
Shipping time is as advertised by the US Post Office - and is
typically a few days for destinations in the USA and 1-2 weeks
for international destinations.
Note that electronic files and membership confirmations are sent
by e-mail typically within 48 hours of receiving an order. Access
to material isn't automatic as all purchases require review.

Every effort is made to ensure maximum quality. If you are not
satisfied with the items you receive you may return them within
30 days for a full refund.
