Standard images come with a watermark and a verse and are available
in 5 sizes from 640x480 to 1600x1200. In general, you can use
standard images for any personal or church use purpose, except
where personal or for-profit business gain results. Electronic
distribution is strictly limited.
If you are not a member, only 640x480 images are available to

What you can do:
- You can create prints and use them for any purpose,
except where personal or for-profit business gain results.
- You can sell prints for raising funds for the benefit
of any church, charity, or other non-profit group. Use the 1600x1200
images as they have the best resolution. Ideas: framed printout
for home, church, or office. Birthday or Christmas present.
- You can use images on products and merchandise for
personal use, gifts, or for raising funds for the benefit of
any church, charity, or other non-profit group.
- You can use images on church overhead projectors.
- You can use images on your PC, for example for desktop
wallpaper or screen saver.
- You can change the bible verse on the image but
only for the following: translating the verse to the same
verse in a different language, changing the verse to the same
verse in a different Bible version. Completely replacing the
verse with a different verse or other text is also allowed only
when used for Christian worship (e.g. CD cover, overhead projection
during worship in church).
- You can use images on your website subject to restrictions
as follows:
- No more than 5 images may be used at a time.
- Image size must be limited to 640x480 pixels.
- Credit and copyright must be given to 'John Bell' and
a link made to 'www.jrbell.com'.
- For example "Artwork by John Bell copyright 1998-2007
(www.jrbell.com)
used with permission".
What you cannot do without asking permission first:
- You cannot use the images in any way that would result
in personal or for-profit business gain.
- You cannot modify images except for the following:
resizing using the same aspect ratio, saving to a different
file format (e.g. tiff, gif), changing the text when the guidelines
above apply.
- You cannot post on the Internet or distribute electronically
any image larger than 640x480.
- You cannot post more than 5 images on the Internet
